The Riurau de María
Old Riurau renovated to suit all the needs of our guests.
It is a house with 3 bedrooms renovated by the architect Marta Woodward. The reform has been carried out to maintain the origins of this type of construction and achieve maximum comfort.
Each room contains its own bathroom as well as the common area that can also be converted into a room.
The spacious kitchen-dining room is a unique place to share special moments.
Space
The house consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. As well as a large kitchen-dining room that connects to the garden.
Two of the rooms are doubles with their individual bathrooms and the third is a room with four single beds and it also has its own bathroom.
The living room has a fireplace perfect for winter and if there are more guests it can be converted into a room as the sofas become beds and they also have their own bathroom with shower.
The large garden is fully enclosed and the kitchen is the private property of the house, with sun loungers arounddedor.
Location
20 kilometers from the most beautiful beaches and coves in the area, Cala la Fustera, Cala del Moraig, Playa de les Marines.
The house is located in a town in the interior of Alicante, Parcent. 20 minutes from Denia.
Valencia airport is just over an hour away and Alicante airport one hour away.
